Returns & REFUNDS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, you have the right to return the item(s) purchased within 14 days of receiving them.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Exemptions

Please note that certain items are exempt from being returned. These include perishable goods, personalised items, and items that are intimate.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us on returns@sunglassplace.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Return Shipping

The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item received is defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and consider purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

2. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 days.

Refunds for purchases using Gift Cards as part or full payment.

If you purchased an item from one of our websites using a gift card, we will refund the amount back to a gift card.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
